Reporting

We report to commissioners and caregivers by:

• Daily attendance reported to commissioners
• Weekly summary of daily staff records of engagement, behaviour, skills development, observations specific to a learner
• Ad hoc incident reports
• Half termly learner projects shared with commissioners, caregivers invited to view and discuss with staff
• Termly summaries of attendance, behaviour and progress in skills development

I was not expecting, just how many life skills I would learn, how much I would grow as an individual, and how much I would look up to Joy and Aoife. They are both role models.
